In the midst of any family legal situation, emotions run high. Feelings of anger, disappointment, hurt, betrayal, guilt, anxiety and despair are some of the feeling one has all at the same time. It’s a volatile mixture of emotions. Those lawyers who are solely interested in winning at any cost use these emotions to get their clients to say and do things that will destroy future hopes at some type of relationship between parties after the court case.
